Landscape and a Hassy: #3 Japan is an Emerald

One thing that struck me about Japan is its colors. Anyone who has been there knows what I'm talking about, that emerald green given by the large amount of vegetation, with that moss that covers any step, wall, statue, just outside the big cities like Tokyo, but which is also present in the suburbs of some cities like Kyoto.

Japan is an emerald, in my opinion. This is how I interpret it in my photos, as much as possible. That's how I remember it, to be honest, since I've been working with Japan colleague on Sparks of Hope for the last two years now, but I have never managed again to go there, since the lockdown.

In the 10 times that I managed to visit this magnificent portion of the world in the last 8 years, I have traveled more than 45,000 km far and wide, even sleeping in the car in front of Autogrills scattered around the highways of Japan so as not to waste time and see as much as possible in the given time. For me, seeing these lands had become an annual need. I can't wait to go back to see its sea.
