At that time, schools in Pripyat had both classrooms and corridors filled with Soviet propaganda featuring Lenin or Stalin, and many other type of educational posters. For example, the classrooms were full of prints similar to Alinari (one of the oldest photographic firms in the world, founded in Florence, Italy, in 1852. Many of their pictures representing various place in Italy were hung inside train’s wagon).
