Two Legends
This week, I had the chance to spend time with two incredible composers: Richter and Tomoyuki Tanaka.
Richter has become a great friend of mine over the years, and a true Italian pride. As for Tomoyuki Tanaka, last Saturday was actually the first time we really got to spend time together in person. Of course, I had known and admired his music for years, but I had never had the pleasure of meeting him personally.
Not only is he an extraordinary composer behind fantastic soundtracks for games like Castlevania, Metal Gear Solid, Suikoden, and Yakuza, but he’s also an incredibly pleasant and genuinely funny person. Most recently, he worked with Igarashi on Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement.
